It takes a bit of strength to push the umbrella up when fully opening it, but once open, it becomes very stable. It has made my patio a much more enjoyable place to relax.

Opening or closing this umbrella is very smooth, and the ribs are very sturdy, able to remain stable even with a bit of wind.

The 11ft size is indeed large and heavy. My own umbrella stand couldn't support this umbrella, so I bought a base from here as well, which fits perfectly. I've been using this umbrella since April, and the experience has been great.

This umbrella arrived in great condition, and I've already started using it. It provides excellent shade and protection from the sun.
