The umbrella was placed out for two days, and the lights still didn't turn on. I sought help from customer service, and they responded quickly. It turned out that I had overlooked the solar panel. I installed it, and after one day the lights worked. I am happy with the quality of the umbrella and the customer service.

The packaging and the umbrella were both intact upon arrival. I can adjust the canopy according to the position of the sun. This is very practical.
